Our youth baseball partnerships’ include 6, 25-minute sessions for all teams in your program.
These will be scheduled strategically throughout the offseason/ spring training, giving the athletes time to implement the focus from each session into their baseball practices.
Elvar partnerships equips every athlete with a workbook, allowing them to take guided notes of the content, and apply it to their game. This provides them a evergreen resource to look back on when they head into the summer.

Mike is a trusted mindset coach by multiple organizations, totaling over 400+ youth athletes ranging from 7u-17u, business owners, professional athletes in the NFL and MLB orgs, and other professionals.
