The Partnership and Workbook
Our summer team partnerships’ include 5, 25-minute sessions.
These will be scheduled deliberately throughout the summer season, giving the athletes time to implement the focus from each session.
Our partnerships equip every athlete with a workbook, allowing them to take guided notes of the content. This provides them a evergreen resource to look back on when they head back to campus in the fall.
The ELVAR App
Exclusive to Elvar partner organizations
Available only to athletes in our partner programs, the Elvar app extends coaching beyond the field.
Athletes document performance after practice and games using guided questions built around key mindset topics we cover in sessions
Reflection gets direct written feedback from Mike, allowing the athletes to message back and forth
Athletes can track their performance over time and see trends in how they're thinking and competing
