Referral Payments
At Elvar, we will offer two simple one-on-one coaching options to your athletes and families.
Athletes enroll in either a Biweekly (2 Sessions/Month) or Weekly (4 Sessions/Month) coaching plan and pay for the entire month upfront.
Referral Payments
2 Sessions/Month: Energy Baseball receives $50
4 Sessions/Month: Energy Baseball receives $100
Referral payments are earned once per athlete and are paid to Energy Baseball at the end of each calendar month for all new athlete enrollments whose initial payment has been successfully processed during that month.
Example: 10 athletes sign up for weekly meeting sessions in September, Energy Baseball receives $1,000 on September 30th.
Referral payments apply to an athlete's initial enrollment only. Any future monthly renewals are managed directly through Elvar and are not eligible for additional referral payments.
This model allows Energy Baseball to be rewarded for introducing athletes to Elvar while allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional coaching, building long-term relationships with athletes and families, and earning continued business through the value we provide.
